Question of being secure

I am living in a cosmopolitan city.  At night 10 'o clock in midst of buzzing traffic, I am very safe. The real question is, are you safe to walk alone in a dimmed alley?
Imagine two men lurking in the corner. One is walking towards you and other is just inside a cab staring at you.

Automatically mind goes back to Nirbhaya. I  quickly started searching for evidences such as cab number, guy's facial feature and scold myself for not having pepper gun at this time.I pretend to be in a call speaking loudly. Try to walk confident and look at the stranger's way occasionally. This is how I feel when the situation calls. It is not only with mid tier cities but also in any safest country I go and live in.

Equality not only means specific group of people are not treated differently in terms of race, gender, caste etc . It also asks us to never take advantage of weaker sex. Equality lies in taking a stand for opposite gender when they can't stand for themselves under certain situations. For instance, when any female cries for a help in midst of trouble help her. And girls before sitting in a seat reserved for males, make sure no males are standing.
